About Us
Noble & Lee Limited is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
We are a small team of dedicated public practice accountants and support staff offering a broad range of services to our clients. We have an extremely diverse client base who are predominately in the greater Matamata area but stretch from one end of New Zealand to the other. We also service a number of non resident tax payers who have business and/or financial interests in New Zealand.
The firm was established in 1944 by Eric Noble. In 1966, current partner David Lee joined the Firm. Since moving to Arawa Street the Company has grown from initially occupying only the up stairs area and now has office space on all three levels.
Along with David, current shareholders are Peter Emerton who has been with the firm since 1990 and became a partner in 2001, Phil Ruck who has been with the firm since 1999 and became a partner in 2001 and Kelly Westgate who has been an employee since 2001 and a partner since 2004.

Staff
We believe in our industry it is the people that make the difference. We are proud of our staff and work hard towards ensuring all are fully trained for the tasks they perform. Continuing education also provides staff with the tools and information to keep pace with ever changing tax and compliance legislation. A number of the staff are persuing higher education by studying towards tertiary qualifications through the Open Polytechnic of NZ.
