Phil Ruck

Phil joined Noble & Lee Ltd in 1999 after spending most of his previous working life in the commercial sector. He was interested in the challenges of public practice accounting and particularly in taking ownership of his own business. Phil has been a shareholder in Noble & Lee Ltd since 2001.
As our information technology guru, Phil is responsible for ensuring Noble & Lee Ltd remains at the forefront of the rapidly changing electronic environment. He also oversees staff training and enjoys developing systems to assist clients take full advantage of computer technology. Like his colleagues, Phil takes pleasure in assisting his clients to reach their personal goals. He sees accountancy work not so much as tax compliance, but an opportunity to work with clients to ensure they realise all opportunities.
Personally Phil is married to Debbie and they have three boys, Alex, Tim & Jordan. The Ruck's have also recently finished building their dream home which has seen their builder win several accolades for workmanship.
